The Hochschule der Sächsischen Polizei, founded in 1994, is an internal police school seated in Rothenburg/Oberlausitz, Saxony. Around 380 students are currently trained for the upper intermediate police service there. The School breaks down into two departments: the Department of Police Management, and the Department of Law, Social Sciences, Languages. It provides a Bachelor program in Upper Intermdiate Police Service (B.A.), as well as the Master degree program “Public Administration – Police Management“ (M.A.). Prerequisite to study at the Hochschule der Sächsischen Polizei is broad experience in category 2.1 activities. Alos mandatory is the completion of an English placement test.
