The study program “Bachelor of Science in Economic Psychology” offered by Hof University of Applied Sciences provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of business psychology. They will acquire information on the fundamentals of business administration and economics. Students will also learn how to apply psychological insights to the business and how to do it effectively. Furthermore, they will gain knowledge of quantitative and qualitative empirical methods. Students will get to know the basics of psychology and understand the science of how people think and act. Upon completion of the program students will perceive themselves as psychologists who can work effectively in firms. Graduates will be able to assess a firm not just by its sales statistics or manufacturing processes, but also by making the working environment and the dynamics of employee groups apparent and quantifiable.
