The part-time study program “Bachelor of Arts in Digital Administration” offered by Hof University of Applied Sciences provides students with knowledge and skills to deal with the challenges and changes in the administration sector due tot the digitalization. Demand for closer proximity to people, societal digitalization, and demographic change need not just new structures and procedures as well as the employment of new technology, but also raise questions about state`s future role. Therefore, alternative management approaches will also be explored in this context. This program is a joint course together with the Bavarian Administration and Business Academies. The program provides students with the resources they need to prepare for the forthcoming changes. They are taught organizational, legal, and information technology expertise required to progress administrations` digital transformation. Besides the block modules and lectures, the curriculum is arranged in e-learning modules, serious games, case studies, etc.
