The English-taught four-semester study program “Master of Business Administration in General Management” offered by Hof University of Applied Sciences provides students with the best possible preparation in order to take on leading positions. The curriculum encompasses modules which will teach students about a company`s strategic and financial structure. They will also learn about essential components for leadership and change process success, as well as how to master them via communication and negotiating competencies. The first two semesters deliver practice-oriented theory in form of case studies, excursions, etc. During the third and fourth semester students complete an internship and write their Master`s thesis. Some of the modules that will be taken throughout the semesters are project management, corporate strategy and controlling, supply chain management, industrial marketing and sales strategies, etc. Graduates of the program will have developed intercultural skills and will be qualified to build careers in strategic management, key account management, marketing, etc.
