Description


The interdisciplinary study program “Master of Laws/Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labor Law” is offered by Hof University of Applied Sciences. Students with prior jurisprudential degree will receive the degree “Master of Laws”, while students with economic Bachelor degrees will receive the degree “Master of Arts”. The goal of the program is to prepare students for challenging technical and performance responsibilities in human resource management for business, organizations, etc. The course of study takes into consideration the viewpoints of medium-sized and multinational businesses. Students will gain advanced understanding of labor and social law, as well as human resource management. The curriculum also addresses the development of competences in the areas of compliance, psychology, and ethics. Students will enhance their abilities in the areas of communication and conflict resolution. In order to blends theory and practice, the program is filled with case studies, internship, as well as master thesis.
