The interdisciplinary study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering” offered by Hof University of Applied Sciences provides students with comprehensive knowledge in the areas of economics and engineering. Students will be taught about contemporary information and communication technologies and their application in business-organizational and technical-technological contexts. Moreover, an emphasis is put on the improvement of social skills and the capacity to work in a group on specific practical tasks. As a result of this course of study students will be able to comprehend real challenges in practice at the intersection of technology and business, identify weak areas, and create efficiency improvements for products, operational processes, and services via the use of optimal value-added networks.
