The three-semester program „Master of Science in Industrial Engineering” at HTW Saar are planned to upgrade the undergraduate level course, and although in a broadly conceived way, deepen an aspect of individual interest further to a level of solid, well-founded expertise. Economics adds to the competence in engineering and technical matters, and makes the future graduates ready to answer challenges in diverse spheres and contexts. Specialist like them will be highly valued not ony in the strictly industrial engineering sphere, but also in consulting, management, logistics, marketing of any company in services, or trade. The degree allows for specialization abroad, and the obtainment of an internationally recognized title, or participation in joint or independent scientific research, in a postgraduate level of academic studies. IT and digitalization are strongly embedded in the program, too.
