The “Master of Arts in Leisure, Sport and Tourism Management” program at HTW Saar is a four-semester program, which prepares specialists for the dynamic market, dedicated to engaging people in free-time activities. How to prepare an exciting offer for a holiday, communicate it successfully to the public, consider all the aspects of safety, economy, transport, culture, even ecology, or devise an attractive job and family-compatible sports activity for everyday use, operate within a team of multicultural backgrounds, are some of the topics that will be considered in the degree program. Visiting lecturers, with ample experience and a broad outlook on tourism offers, will challenge students to dive into the possible scenarios of the future of tourism, which might be the incentive for developing routes to never thought of destinations, in search of feasible free time activities to compensate our stressed-out daily routine.
