HTW Saar conducts the “Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energies/Energy System Technologies. This is a seven-semester course, whose conception was demanded by the increased need for solutions in energy-saving technologies for industries. Future graduates will supply these innovative approaches, after getting acquainted with the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical and process engineering, and applying their trained ability for creative and independent thinking. Since renewable energies are an aspect of the global climate crisis management, studies will also be oriented towards international cooperation and integrating knowledge and competences from lateral spheres. Specialists with the key to modern conversion, storage and distribution of energy will be welcome in any industry and organization, both in the private and public sector.
