The study program “Master of Science in Biophysics” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who would like to contribute to the scientific development of contemporary problems in the field of Biophysics. The Master program differs from other related programs in the field in its core structure; it is composed only of elective modules. This way students are allowed to deepen their expertise in one specific area of interest and further contribute to the academic advancement there. Each module consists of several specialized courses which unlike other programs happen in a form of block lectures of two weeks.
