The study program “Master of Science in Consulting and Consulting Science – Coaching/Training/Consulting and Human-Centred Design” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program is targeted towards participants who are motivated to build a career as coaches, communication and/or behavioural trainers, as well as UI and UX specialists. The Master program aims to enable students to develop their problem-solving skills to be able to adequately come up with creative solution strategies to the complex subject matter of their profession. The analytically-oriented program allows participants to gain expertise in professional consulting, concerning the workforce, the technologies used and the administration. Besides a relevant university degree, a prerequisite to starting this program is work experience related to human resources, usability or organizational consulting.
