Description
The study program “Master of Science in Fish Biology, Fisheries and Aquaculture”, offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. This program is targeted towards students who would like to gain extensive knowledge in the field of fisheries management and aquaculture and wish to build a career in the sphere of livestock sciences. Participants are allowed to choose elective courses from the following thematic groups: Limnology/Ichthyology, Fisheries Management, Fish Farming and Fish Pathology. The Master program grants access to students with a Bachelor degree in Horticultural Sciences, Forestry Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Biology, Geography, etc. A certificate of English (minimum C1 level), as well as German (A1 level) language competence, is required.
