The study program “German-Turkish Masters Program in Social Sciences” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program is targeted towards participants who would like to gain academic knowledge on how societies work by exploring different subfields, such as international relations, as well as the way governmental policies and non-governmental organizations operate. The Master program provides students with the unique opportunity to spend the first two semesters of their studies at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara and their last two consecutive terms at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. The program allows participants the exceptional possibility to merge the gap between the East and the West by learning about each country’s traditions and identities. After successfully completing this program, students obtain a Dual-Master degree from both universities.
