The joint study program “Master of European Governance and Administration” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program is available for participants to apply for due to the collaborative work of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with the Bundesakademie für öffentliche Verwaltung im Bundesministerium des Innern, the École nationale d’administration, the Deutsche Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer, the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonneand the Universität Potsdam. The Master program aims to deepen students’ knowledge of the current mechanisms of the European Union with particular focus paid on the Franco-German relations in it. It is also worth noting that this is a bilingual program and, thus, participants must show evidence of language fluency in both German and French. A prerequisite to starting the program is, besides a relevant university degree, a minimum of five years of professional experience in the administrative service or private sector. Participants participate in lectures and seminars in all partner universities. Upon completing the program, students receive a Double Master Degree.
