The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time combined bachelor course with a duration of six semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who are either interested in starting a career in education or who wish to gain academic knowledge of the core theories and principles of mathematical approaches. The research-oriented teaching approach of the Bachelor program aims to train students on how to apply these core practices in practice. The courses on didactics prepare participants for employment in academia in which abilities to communicate and present the acquired knowledge in a clear and understandable manner is required.
