The study program “Master of Arts in Mind and Brain – Track Mind” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. This program provides participants with the necessary skills to seek employment in professional areas in which expertise in the fields of psychology, philosophy and linguistics is required. The research-oriented teaching approach serves to provide students with the groundwork for empirically investigating the complex relationship between the sensory information and motor responses that the brain integrates with the conscious and/or unconscious processes of decision making that humans make. Participating in an exchange program at another accredited university is strongly encouraged. Some of the compulsory modules that participants are required to take are namely, “Clinical Neuroscience,” “Philosophy of Mind” and “Language and Brain”.
