The joint study program “Master of Science in Polymer Science” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. This program operates due to the interacademic project in which the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin participates together with the Technische Universität Berlin, the Freie Universität Berlin and the Universität Potsdam. The Master program aims at providing students with the fundamental knowledge to understand the production, as well as the building blocks of which polymeric materials are made. The nearby scientific centres allow participants to benefit from the fully equipped facilities during their lab practicals. Within the first year of their studies, students are required to participate in lectures and seminars at all partner universities.
