The joint study program “Master of Science in Statistics” offered at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin public university provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program had become available due to the collaborative work of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Freie Universität Berlin, the Technische Universität Berlin and the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The Master program is targeted towards participants with a degree in a field, in which methodological research is an essential component of the program. The program aims to train students how to independently resolve the complex contemporary quantitative subject matter. Due to the rapidly increasing demand for statistics experts in every sphere of today’s world, this program makes sure that graduates of this study have gained the necessary skills to analytically and creatively contribute to the development of the field.
