The “Master of Advanced Studies in Customer Excellence” program at HWZ University is taught entirely in German. With a duration of 55 days, the course gives students the opportunity to learn about the needs of customers and what steps to take in order to pursue an outstanding customer experience. The curriculum includes completing 3 CAS in Customer Behavior, Customer Intelligence, Customer Experience Management in addition to a Master’s thesis. In order to apply, candidates must present a completed Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional experience. After completing the course, graduates are able to work on future project developments in their field.
