The “Certificate of Advanced Studies in Health Care Leadership and Management” program at HWZ University is taught entirely in German. Over the course of 1 semester, participants are provided with personnel management and tractive-relevant methodological skills. The course curriculum includes Basics of leadership and organization, Corporate culture, Conflict management, Diversity management, Communication and other subjects. A completed university degree or a federal graduation at a specialist level are prerequisites for admission. After completing the course, participants who have a management function in a health care institution have the opportunity to implement what they have learned in their own areas.
