The “Certificate of Advanced Studies in Operational Management Accounting” program at HWZ University has a length of 1 semester. The German-taught course teaches participants various consulting skills in addition to knowledge about planning, budgeting and investments. Modern planning methods, Trends and developments, Agile project management, Innovation controlling and other subjects are part of the course curriculum.
