The “Master of Advanced Studies in Retail Excellence” program at HWZ University has a length of 4 semesters. The main aim of the course is to provide participants with skills in retail management, changes in shopping behavior and digitalization. The curriculum includes completing 3 CAS in Digital Sales, Sales Management B2C, Retail Management or Customer Relationship Management as well as a Master’s thesis. In order to apply, candidates must present a completed Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of professional experience. After completing the course, graduates are able to work on future project developments in their field.
