The study program ‘’Master of Arts in Psychology’’ offered by the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin focuses primarily on Clinical Psychology on a psychoanalytical basis. Participants will get a good knowledge about different cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamically founded therapies, together with systemic psychotherapy methods and mainly - psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It is a multidisciplinary course combining perfectly humanities and science outlining all major cultural-theoretical, subject-scientific and socio-psychological aspects. The Master’s program can be completed in four semesters of full-time study or eight semesters of part-time study, ending with a Master's thesis in the last semester. All successful graduates will gain the right to work by their own as a clinical psychologist specialists with a psychoanalytic focus.
