The English-language program “Master of Sciences in Finance” at the International School of Management improves the basic understanding individuals have gained at undergraduate level in order to forge a successful career in financial management. The three-semester course of studies is designed to introduce students to a core of financial principles and give them an opportunity for specialization in the field. It covers tax, law, accounting and rating procedures. The high practical content of the program allows students to work in team and apply their theoretical knowledge in practice by completing a work placement in a company. Furthermore, there is an option to acquire an international double degree. Students are required to spend a semester abroad so they become familiar with regional variations in international financial markets, as well as enhance their general and specialist knowledge of foreign languages. Graduates have career prospects as financial planners, financial analysts, investor relation associates, budget analysts, accountants, or credit analysts.
