The “Master of Arts in Human Resources Management & Digital Transformation” program at the International School of Management has a length of 3 semesters and concludes with a Master’s thesis. The program includes a 12-week compulsory internship and can be taught in German or English. Strategic Management & Business Ecosystems, Digital Business Models & Platform Economy, Corporate Governance & Business Ethics, Strategic Personnel Management, Project Management, Innovation Management and other subjects are part of the course curriculum. In order to apply for the program, students must present a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and complete a multi-stage admission procedure. Graduates are able to work in the fields of human resources, recruitment, talent management, competence management, personnel marketing and others.
