The English-language program “Master of Arts in International Business” at International School of Management gives a solid academic grounding to individuals who already hold an undergraduate degree, not necessarily in business, and are interested in the world of business and management. The course of studies is designed to address globalization of organizations and provide students from different backgrounds with deep comprehension of international business, as well as the skills needed to operate in a global business environment. The modules include core principles of business administration, accounting, and controlling in combination with human resource management, international marketing and international enterprise management. Students familiarize themselves with key issues in international business management and obtain an overview of social, political, legal and macroeconomic conditions. They develop an in-depth perspective on international business practices and are also able to enhance their language skills. Graduates have career opportunities in a wide range of multi-national firms, international organizations, government bodies, or consultancies.
