The extra-occupational “Master of Arts in Management HRM & Digital Transformation” program at the International School of Management has a length of 5 semesters. With weekend lectures, the students have the chance to learn the theoretical basics and gain practical experience at a real work environment. The course curriculum includes Work Organization & Cooperation, Corporate Culture, Decision-making Methods, Sustainable Personnel Management, Human-Machine Collaboration, Labor Law and other subjects. In order to apply, students need to submit a completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and pass a multi-stage admissions test. Graduates are able to work in human resource management, personnel marketing, employer branding, employee engagement and retention, sustainable corporate development and other professional fields.
