The part-time “Master of Arts in Management Psychology & Management” program at the International School of Management has a length of 5 semesters. During that time, students are taught subjects like Business Informatics, Project Management, Internal Communication, Applied Multivariate Statistics, General Psychology, Social, Cultural & Personality Psychology, Occupational & Health Psychology, Personnel & Organizational Psychology and more. In addition, students participate in practical projects and workshops where they can gain applicable skills. The admission procedure includes a multi-stage entrance test, and applicants are required to submit a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Graduates are able to find work in the fields of brand psychology, consumer psychology, coaching, conflict management, recruitment, human resource management and others.
