The “Master of Science in Organizational Psychology & Human Resources Management” program at the International School of Management can be taught in German or English. It has a length of 3 semesters and concludes with a Master’s thesis. The course curriculum includes Industrial Psychology, Hazard Analysis & Health Promotion, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Strategic Human Resource Management, Personnel Development & Evaluation and other subjects. Students also participate in research colloquiums and practical projects in order to gain valuable applicable skills. In order to be admitted, applicants must submit a successfully completed Bachelor's degree and pass a multi-stage admission procedure. Graduates are able to work in personnel management, occupational and health psychology, personnel and organizational development or diagnostics and other fields.
