The “Master of Science in Psychology & Management” program at the International School of Management has a length of 3 semesters and concludes with an additional semester dedicated to the Master’s thesis. Students are also required to participate in a 12-week compulsory internship in order to develop their practical skills. The course curriculum includes General Psychology, Social & Personality Psychology, Clinical Psychology & Methods of Psychotherapy, Developmental Psychology in Adulthood, Media & Communication Psychology, Psychological Change Management & Coaching and other subjects taught in German or English. Admission requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in an economics course or a psychology-related field, as well as the successful completion of the multi-stage admission procedure. Graduates successfully combine business administration and psychology, being able to occupy various positions in both fields.
