The “Master of Science in Real Estate Management” program at the International School of Management aims to prepare students for the challenges in the real estate industry. Over the course of 3 semesters, students are taught Real Estate Economics, International Market & Location Analysis, Public Law in the Real Estate Industry, Private Law in the Real Estate Industry, International Project Management, Architecture & Urban Planning and other subjects in German or English. Students participate in practical projects and a 12-week compulsory internship, and conclude the program with a Master’s thesis. In order to be admitted, applicants must submit a successfully completed Bachelor's degree and pass a multi-stage admission procedure. Graduates are able to work in property and facility management, sustainable real estate, real estate financing, investment management and a number of other sectors.
