The dual study program “Business Administration” combines in-company training with an academic university degree. Well-founded specialist knowledge is supplemented with valuable practical experience and getting to know operational processes in companies. This will give you a comprehensive qualification for jobs in corporate, personnel and project management, sales and distribution, controlling or finance and administration. After completing your studies, you can be taken on by your training company and start your professional career immediately.

The degree program equips you with a comprehensive foundation and modern specialist knowledge for your future work in management in various industries. The theoretical course content is always adapted to current changes, such as advances in digitalization. In combination with practical experience, you will be up to date and able to integrate new technologies into your work. In general management modules, you will acquire basic knowledge in the fields of business administration, economics and law and acquire the necessary management and leadership skills. Specialization subjects will deepen and expand your knowledge, for example in areas such as online marketing, social media, advanced marketing and quality management. We also provide you with a wide selection of elective modules, allowing you to tailor your studies to your individual interests. The selection includes “Business Psychology”, “Human Resources Management”, “Sales Management” and “International Management”, for example.

To be admitted to the course, you need a general (technical) higher education entrance qualification or an equivalent school-leaving qualification. Alternatively, you can also qualify by providing proof of a master craftsman's certificate, advanced training or the completion of at least 2 years of vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience. You must also have a contractual collaboration with a training company.

If you are interested in the elective module “International Management”, English language skills at level B2 are required.

The dual Bachelor's degree course is aimed both at school leavers who would like to acquire practical business management knowledge in an academic way and at employees who would like to gain further professional qualifications by deepening their business management knowledge.
