Description
The dual Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management combines an academic degree with in-company training. This means that the specialist knowledge acquired during the course can be applied directly in practice. The content of the Bachelor's degree prepares students for the specific tasks and challenges of the hotel business in a practical way. After completing this degree, graduates are able to recognize economic and hotel-specific contexts, take on central business activities and possess social, communicative and professional skills. The integration into the company also increases the chances of seamlessly switching to a permanent employment relationship after graduation.
In addition to legal and business management basics, this course teaches hotel-specific knowledge such as “Hotel and Quality Management”, “Customer Care Management” and “Operational and Strategic Hotel Management” from the very first semester. In addition, elective modules are offered, allowing students to specialize in specific subject areas. Depending on their interests, these can be chosen from their own department or across departments and range from “Hotel Marketing”, “Tourism Management” and “Event Management” to “Revenue Management - Focus on Hotel Consulting”, “Conception of Wellness Facilities” and “Golf Operations Management”.
