This Master's degree qualifies Bachelor's graduates from many different disciplines for leading positions in management. You will acquire in-depth, cross-industry and practice-oriented knowledge that will enable you to deal with current challenges and successfully implement changes in the company.

The program includes business and legal fundamentals as well as marketing, HR management and innovation management. The study program is divided into basic modules, specialization subjects and elective modules. These allow you to gain a broad foundation and specialize at the same time, for example to become an expert in corporate development.

In order to enrol, you must have a valid university degree and at least one year of professional experience following your university graduation. The MBA is also explicitly aimed at Bachelor graduates from other disciplines who wish to qualify for management positions.

The target group for this dual Master's program includes Bachelor's and other university graduates who want to continue their education in a flexible manner, qualify for management positions and at the same time gain practical experience in a company.
