The Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualifies you for senior management positions, regardless of the subject area of your Bachelor's degree. You will acquire sound, cross-industry and practice-oriented knowledge that will enable you to deal with current challenges and successfully implement changes in the company. You will be flexibly prepared for current demands on managers, such as solution-oriented thinking, formulating new ideas and successfully dealing with digitalization and leadership.

You will be perfectly prepared for your career as an expert in change processes with contemporary content and benefit from fundamental specialist knowledge as well as the opportunity to set your own personal focus. In the general management modules, you will be introduced to fundamental topics such as “Business and Management Theory”, “Leadership Skills” and “Corporate Accounting and Management”. Specialization modules build on this, focusing more specifically on relevant content such as “Human Resources Management”, “Digital Transformation” and “Ideas and Innovation Management”. You can choose your personal focus from a wide range of elective modules. The selection includes “Agile Organizational and Customer Management”, “Entrepreneurship and Business Development” and the “Innovation and Management Research Project”. With this comprehensive and exciting course content, you will become an expert in organization and corporate development and stand out from your peers.

Prerequisites for participation are a recognized university degree, at least one year of subsequent professional experience and English language skills at B2 level.
