Description
The “Master of Engineering in Ceramic Science and Engineering” program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 4 semesters. In addition to the engineering core competencies in materials technology, such as in process engineering, technological, materials engineering and energy engineering characterization and calculation methods, in the evaluation, assessment and application of metallic, silicate ceramic, oxide ceramic and non-oxide ceramic materials, students will gain new knowledge into improved processes and products that also serve to preserve the quality of life and solve global problems. Admission requirements include a qualified Bachelor's or Diploma degree in the field of materials engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering and the natural sciences with a grade point average of at least 2.5.
