The “Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering” program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences has a length of 7 semesters, concluding with a Bachelor’s thesis. The aim is to provide the students with a solid, hands-on basis for starting their career and for continuing with further qualifications. Construction planning, Concrete Technology, Civil Engineering Materials, Mathematics, Building Physics and Building construction, Urban Water Management, Construction operations, Structural Design of Steel and other subjects are part of the curriculum. A general higher education entrance qualification or the advanced technical college entrance qualification as well as an education recognized as equivalent are prerequisites for admission. Graduates can be employed in all areas of civil engineering.
