Description
The “Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Arts Ceramics/Glass” program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 6 semesters. The course provides a comprehensive insight into art history and contemporary art as well as art and cultural theory and researches the materials ceramics and glass with the aim of using these materials as a medium of art and design. Creative Drawing, History/Theory of Art, Ceramic Art, Glass Art and other subjects are included in the course curriculum. Apart from presenting a university entrance qualification, candidates are also required to pass an aptitude entrance exam. Graduates are able to work independently, artistically and technically convincingly with their chosen materials due to their respective special talents and the individually practiced fields of work.
