The “Master of Arts in Human Resource Management” continuing education program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences conveys the necessary scientific, technical, methodological and social knowledge, skills and competencies. Over the course of 5 extra-occupational semesters, the knowledge and skills obtained during the Bachelor’s degree are deepened, and students are enabled to make practical and critical assessment of scientific findings. The course has a modular structure and is carried out as a blended learning format, i.e. a combination of face-to-face and online courses. The methodology and didactics of the course content are geared towards the needs of working students. Admission requirements include a first successfully completed degree at a technical college, university or comparable institution with a final grade of at least 3.3 and at least one year of relevant professional experience.
