The “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 7 academic semesters. First students receive thorough training in the necessary fundamentals of mechanical engineering and then the knowledge and skills from the point of view of qualification for almost all professional fields are deepened. Topics such as holistic analysis of technical problems, measuring and regulating, design of thermal power plants, energy supply, sustainability and more are integrated into the course curriculum. Admission requirements include a general higher education entrance qualification, advanced technical college entrance qualification or previous education recognized as equivalent.
