The “Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management” program at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences is offered in the form of a dual program, meaning that it provides a close link between theory and practice. Over the course of 6 academic semesters, students participate in practical phases and projects, as well as theoretical lectures and classes. Economy and Law, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Business English, Marketing, Sports Economics, Sports Management Aspects and other subjects are part of the course curriculum. Admission requirements include a general university entrance qualification, advanced technical college entrance qualification or previous education recognized as equivalent, as well as proof of athletic affinity and relationship to organized sport. Graduates can pursue positions in sport-related commercial companies or in other industries.
