The Kühne Logistics University, founded in 2010, is a state-recognized private university seated in Hamburg. It is funded by the Kühne Logistics University GmbH. The University breaks down into two departments: the Department of Logistics, and the Department of Management and Economics. Approximately 200 students are enrolled at the Kühne Logistics University. The range of studies includes international degree programs at Bachelor’s and Master’s level, including the study courses “Bachelor in Management“ (B.Sc.), “Master in Management“ (M.Sc.), “Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management“ (M.Sc.), “Tricontintent Master in Global Supply Management“ (M.Sc.), and “Master in International Maritime Law and Logistics“ (M.Sc.). Moreover, the Kühne Logistics University provides the opportunity for completing an external PHD program. Executives are also offered a number of continuing education programs (seminars, Autumn Schools, Summer Schools) and individually tailored programs.
