The Leipzig University of Applied Sciences, founded in 1992, is a public university seated in Leipzig, Saxony. With more than 6,000 students, it is Saxony’s second-largest university of applied sciences. The University is split into seven faculties: the Faculty of Architecture and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Business Administration, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, the Faculty of Computer Science, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Energy Engineering, and the Faculty of Media. Prospective students have the chance to choose from a variety of study opportunities at Bachelor’s and Master’s level.
