The English-language study program “Master of Science in Biochemistry” with a duration of four semesters is offered by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. It is practice-oriented, and provides fundamental, scientific knowledge of both Chemistry and Biology. Students who enter the course have the opportunity to attend variety of lectures such as Life Cycle of Proteins, Model Organisms, Flow of Genetic Information, Bioinformatics. They will also participate in practical trainings in laboratory as well as in an internship program, where will develop their experimental and theoretical skills. After completing “Biochemistry” graduates can work in the pharmaceutical and research industry, at universities, and much more.
