“Bachelor of Arts in Buddhist and South Asian Studies’’ is a six-semester study program provided by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Students will learn about the cultural and intellectual history of South Asia throughout the different ages. Particular emphasis is placed on Buddhism as well as other Indian religions. The curriculum features lectures and seminars some of which include Cultures and History of India, Buddhism Studies, Tibetology, and more. Graduates can continue with a Master course in Indology and Tibetology.
