Description
The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Science in Computational Linguistics’’ is offered at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Characterized by its interdisciplinary nature, this course is meant to explore the machine processing of natural languages. The study plan for this discipline is based on four core elements, namely linguistics, programming and mathematics and logic. What is more, in addition to these main subjects, students will be given the opportunity to choose between four minor subjects. The latter are computer science, German as a foreign language, philosophy as well as language, literature and culture.
