Description

Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich offers the state examination program “German (Middle School Teacher Training)’’. Over the course of six or seven semesters, students will receive teacher training necessary for practicing the profession of a German teacher at middle schools. Furthermore, participants will learn about the structure of the modern German language and its different dialects as well as the German language from the 9th to the 16th century. In addition, German didactics are also incorporated in the curriculum in order to teach participants about the concepts of teaching language and literature at schools.
