“Teacher Training for Special Education” is a nine-semester teaching program provided by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. The content of study includes variety of theoretical lectures such as Special Didactics, Psychology, School Pedagogy, General Pedagogy, Social Sciences and Philosophy. Participants can choose between five different specializations. They will also participate in an internship program and practical exercises, where will gain essential knowledge and skills. By the end of their studies, they will understand how to professionally deal with complex problems of learning and teaching in the elementary school. Graduates of this course are qualified to work as teachers.
