“Viticulture & Enology” is a dual Master of Science study course with a duration of four semesters and provided by the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences. It is in cooperation with the Université de Haute-Alsace in Colmar. The particular program is aimed at prospective students with Bachelor’s degree, who wish to expand the knowledge they have gained. Participants have the chance to gain solid knowledge of the basics of viticulture and oenology, and learn how to produce wine. Curriculum includes lectures and seminars such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Sensory Analysis, Product Development, Wine Chemistry, Microbiology of Wine, Wine Marketing. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates can find professional career in wine and beverage sector.
