The “Certified Reha Professional” program at Lutheran University of Applied Sciences lasts for ten seminar days. The course aims to retrain employees of vocational training institutions that provide services for participation in working life. The training is carried out in cooperation with vocational development agencies in Nuremberg and Munich and provides know-how for the management of complex vocational rehabilitation processes. The course comprises five modules which include topics such as Learning, Motivation, Methodology and Didactics of Education, BEM and Health Management, Fundamentals of Psychology, Mental Disorders and others. For admission, applicants should have a completed course of study or completed vocational training.
